Located in the golfing community of Southern Dunes is this beautiful 3-bedroom vacation home with private pool. The living, dining, and kitchen areas all share the same space, making it great for entertaining. There is tile and parquet flooring throughout the common areas too. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and good-size flat screen TV mounted to the wall. It’s the perfect place for all to sit down and enjoy a Disney movie together. The kitchen area has stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you would need to put together a tasty home-cooked meal. And when it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats two, or at the dining table, which seats up to six around it. There’s also a games room in the garage, complete with foosball table and flat screen TV. And if you want some outdoor entertainment, head to the pool area at the back. It’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, there is some outdoor furniture to lounge on / work on your tan, and it has beautiful views of the golf course. The lagoon-shaped pool is the perfect place for all to cool off in after a long day out in the Florida heat.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single/twin beds, which are great for younger children. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have their own television.
This home also comes with free Wi-Fi internet access and in-unit laundry facilities.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
