Upgraded condo located in a great area of the Southern Dunes Golf & C.C.
Let's start with the living-room area: it has a 3-seater sofa plus a love seat on the side with a stuning Smart 65 inches TV to watch your favorites movies or just to play music.
Near the living-room area, there's a desk with a chair and lamp ready to bring your laptop to work or study here.
To your left, you're going to find the spacius kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
You can see the dining-area that is right next to the kitchen with a table and chairs for up to 6 guests. From here, you have amazing views from the golf course, the lake and our amazing neighbors: the ducks :)

Master bedroom is right next to the kitchen. It has a queen-size bed. Walk-in closet with plenty of space for all your clothes, shoes and luggage is inside the master bathroom that has a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed.
Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, as well.
Bathroom #2 has a bath tub shower and is located right in between bedroom #2 and bedroom #3.

Garage is available to park inside or you can also park on the driveway.

* Condo doesn't have a private pool but it is located just across the street from communal pool

Community Description: This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
