Property Description
Looking for a vacation home rental with a private pool that has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 people? If so, you’re in luck. This exact home has all those. But before you make your decision, let’s see what it’s like inside. Enjoy cooking? If so, you’ll have no problem cooking in this household. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils one could need whilst preparing a meal. When you’re ready to eat, you have two options: the kitchen table or the formal dining area. The casual kitchen table seats up to 4, and the formal dining area, which is at the front of the house, has seating for up to 6 people. There are also two living areas: a formal living area and an informal living area. The formal living area is at the front of the house and has 2 sofas and one oversized armchair. This area is a great place for people to have a quiet conversation away from everyone else. The informal living area, which is right by the kitchen, has two large sofas and a TV. This area is great for when you just want to take it easy and watch some TV. Let’s head outside to the pool area via the glass patio doors, which let in so much natural light. The whole pool area is screened in to protect everyone from the bugs. If you want to cool off, take a dip in the lagoon-shaped pool. If you want to work on your tan, lay down on one of the sun loungers. Now, onto the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queenl-size bed. The third has 2 single beds in each, which are great for kids. The fourth bedroom has one XL Twin Bed.
Community Description
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
