Property Description
Located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, this 4-bedroom, 3-batrhoom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s see what’s going on under the roof.
The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the fourth bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV.
The kitchen is large, open and spacious. It has plenty of countertop space, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and views of the living area. It also comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. The living room has a large Roku TV with cable box and a patio door that leads to the pool area.
Just off the kitchen is the dining area that has seating for up to 6 people.
The pool is large and inviting. Pool area is screened, has lounge chairs to those who would like to work on their tan and it has a covered lanai with a table and four chairs perfect for a lunch/dinner by the pool.

Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated rental vacation communities in Central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance. At the southwest corner of the community you will find a children’s play area equipped with 4 swings, 2 slides, and a gazebo for parents to sit in the shade while the kids play. Two miles on Highway 27 is a Publix Supermarket along with other convenience stores. A new Super Wal-Mart is just 3 miles further, just over the junction of Highway 192. Six miles south on Highway 27 is another Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, banks and shopping. Interstate 4 is just 4 miles south on Highway 27, taking you straight to all the theme parks, downtown Orlando, Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast. Disney World is an easy 10-15-minute drive and Universal, Sea World and all the other attractions are just a few minutes further.
