The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, views of the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. The kitchen is a modest size and has views of the pool area, modern appliances, and an island that doubles as a breakfast nook with seating for two. It also comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. If the breakfast nook isn’t big enough, there’s another dining are just next to the kitchen. It has a circular glass table and seating for four as well as patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The living room is large, bright, and airy. It has vaulted ceilings, two tan-colored leather sofas, and a large flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. You’ll love the pool area. It’s screened in to keep out the bugs, has views of the golf course, and has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan and a patio table and four chairs for those who want to sit around outside and relax with their favorite beverage.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
