Property Description
Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool and games room sleeps up to 8 people and is about 20 minutes from Disney.
Let’s see what this home has to offer. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family.
The U-shaped kitchen is small but efficient. It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, a breakfast bar with seating for up to 2, and views of the living room.
The dining area/breakfast nook is just off of the kitchen and has seating for up to 6. It also has glass patio doors right next to it that lead to the pool area.
The living room is a good size and has plenty of natural light, two light blue sofas, and a large TV. This is the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a long day out at the parks.
The pool area is large and screened in to keep those pesky bugs outs. It has a lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a covered lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs for those who want to sit in the shade and enjoy an ice-cold beverage. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
Want some indoor entertainment? Head to the games room in the converted garage. It has a pool table and a foosball table.
Need to do some mid-stay laundry? There’s a full-size washer and dryer for you to use.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
